Return of goods

You can return or exchange an item that does not suit you within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us by phone +380 99 106-0769 or by writing to store@doublex.com.ua.

This right is guaranteed to you by the “Consumer Rights Protection Law”. Conditions for exchange or return of goods in accordance with Articles 9 of the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, goods of good quality (without defects) can be replaced or returned to the store within 14 days if the days of purchase are not read, if the following conditions are met:

  • a product that has not been used and has no traces of use;
  • scuffs, signs of tampering, no traces of liquid getting into the product or packaging;
  • all documents for the product are present (instructions, warranty card, receipt or sales receipt confirming the purchase), all labels, factory markings and packaging are preserved.

Money is returned within 2 banking days after the goods are returned to the company's warehouse. If the product has been used or is defective, a refund is not possible.

Warranty

  • The warranty on all Double X products is 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • During the warranty period, we make repairs or replacements at our discretion and at our expense in case of product failure.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or careless use or if the damage is caused by self-modification of the product, and natural wear.
  • The products accepted for repair should be in pure form only!
